At Give Me Cosmetics, we prioritise delivering quality support to each of our valued customers. Our customer service team work Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
Our customer service team is dedicated to addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. However, due to the high volume of requests we receive, response times may vary. Typically, you can expect a response within 24 to 72 hours.
It's important to note that during particularly busy periods, such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, response times may be longer. Our team works diligently to manage the influx of inquiries during these times, but we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to provide the best possible service to each customer.
To help us respond as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending multiple emails or contacting us across multiple platforms regarding the same enquiry. Doing so can push your request to the back of our queuing system and may further delay our response.
