If you won't be available to receive your delivery, you can utilise the tracking link provided in the dispatch email to arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a secure location, a neighbour, or your local post office for collection.

In the event of a missed delivery, you can reschedule redelivery through the tracking link 24 hours after the initial attempt, or you can collect your parcel from your nearby delivery office.

Should your order be returned to us due to non-collection from the delivery office, we'll promptly contact you via email to confirm its receipt upon return with the next steps.
