We always strive to get things right first time however should you encounter any issues such as missing items, product faults, or incorrect items upon receiving your order please take the following steps:

Please Respond to our customer service team with the following information:

  • Your full shipping address (Including postal code)
  • Photos of the items you have received, laid out so we can clearly see all the items within your order
  • Your printed order confirmation which was included in the parcel.
  • Your original packaging.
  • Confirmation if the packaging was damaged on arrival.

Please ensure these images are attached to the email and in a PDF format. 

Once we have received this information, we will be able to fully investigate and resolve the issue for you.
