If you receive the wrong item, you can request a return through our return portal on our website.
Please note: Change of mind returns will be charged a handling fee, damaged or faulty items will not be charged for return, if an item is returned and is not damaged but we have been pre-advised it was damaged the handling fee will be taken from your refund amount.
