What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 14 days ago
We’re sorry your item(s) have arrived damage!
On the rare occasion your items have been damaged during transit please reach out to our customer service team & we’ll do our best to help.
Please include the following information:
- Your full shipping address (Including postal code)
- Photos of the items you have received, laid out so we can clearly see all the items within your order
- Your printed order confirmation which was included in the parcel.
- Your original packaging.
- Confirmation if the packaging was damaged on arrival.
Please ensure these images are attached to the email and in a PDF format.
Once we have received this information, we will be able to fully investigate and resolve the issue for you.
