What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 10 months ago

We’re sorry your item(s) have arrived damage!

O the rare occasion your items have been damaged during transit please reach out to our customer service team & we’ll do our best to help.

Please include the following information:

  • Your full shipping address (Including postal code)
  • Photos of the items you have received, laid out so we can clearly see all the items within your order
  • Your printed order confirmation which was included in the parcel.
  • Your original packaging.
  • Confirmation if the packaging was damaged on arrival.

Please ensure these images are attached to the email and in a PDF format. 

Once we have received this information, we will be able to fully investigate and resolve the issue for you.
