Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns/Exchanges 

You can request a return or exchange of products within 30 days of your purchase for orders placed on our website, for any orders placed on a third party platform you would need to check the policies for that platform. 

Initiating a Return/Exchange:

You can start your return or exchange on our website by selecting the ‘Returns’ section on our website. Once you have entered all your details into the return portal you will be provided with a label, you need to post the product(s) back to us.

Please note; You may be charged for your return depending on the circumstance, for example if you return a product advising it was damaged upon delivery however it has not been damaged. Or your return is chargeable - such as change of mind returns

Returning Products:

 Ensure the products are in the condition you received them, with all hygiene seals and wraps intact. Any damage sustained due to improper packaging may result in an adjustment to your refund/store credit.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues:

 If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, our customer service team will contact you once the order has been processed by our warehouse to discuss the available options.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If you have received faulty or damaged goods, you are entitled to an exchange or refund. You can do this through the ‘Returns’ section of our website.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed either upon the return of goods or upon your request to cancel before dispatch. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account.

Any damage sustained due to improper packaging may result in an adjustment to the refund.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable: Gift cards

Please note: Change of mind returns will be charged a handling fee, damaged or faulty items will not be charged for return, if an item is returned and is not damaged but we have been pre-advised it was damaged the handling fee will be taken from your refund amount.
